Weeks turned into days, days turned into hours

In 12 hours and 30 minutes, I'll have met my fellow travelers at the airport to begin a semester of studying, learning, living, and laughing. Right now I'm absorbed into what seems like a dream, not possible that I have the opportunity to do this. But in only hours I will be headed to London with two of my best friends. The more time we spend together the less time we can be apart, we've become inseparable. Traveling together for 14 weeks just thrills me completely!

I went to a Winter Retreat with my sorority, Phi Mu, just last Sunday ~ what feels like eternity ago. And it was at that retreat that we made friendship bracelets, and from that day on I have a pink anklet bracelet (THANKS EMILY!!!!) made by one of my sisters that I'll never take off throughout my journey. I've told Emily, and I want all my sisters to know, that you all are traveling with me! I am going to miss everyone so very much, words cannot describe. But ya all should know that you're with me, each and every step of the way!!! :)

Right now, I think I have probably experienced every emotion possible. But the greatest one is excitement. Excitement to explore the unknown, to experience Independence abroad, to discover all there is to discover. I couldn't be happier right now. Thinking of everyone who has supported me and wished me well means so much. Thank you. I will keep you informed throughout this adventure that awaits.
