Countdown to departure! 13 days!

Only 13 days until I depart!!! My flight leaves MSP on Monday, January 26 and I will arrive in London early in the morning. I'll try my best to stay awake the whole day in order to maintain some kind of normal schedule and prevent jet lag. We can't check into our hostel until 4pm that day. So we'll see how that goes. :)

All in all, I'm very excited, as I have been counting down from over 400 days for this trip! I have almost everything I need packed and ready to go, now deciding outfits and clothes to bring is next on the list - and the hardest part!

There are a total of 36 of us going on this International Traveling Classroom (ITC). Our main stops will be: London, Edinburgh, Paris, Madrid, Salzburg, Vienna, and Prague. Then two weeks of independent travel time before leaving to come back on May 1.

I have a 15 page paper that is due on the country of my choosing, Lithuania. I plan on getting that all done before we leave And of course I'll be spending as much time with family and friends before I leave the country for 14 weeks!

(By the way, Katy (my roommate this year), and Gina are going on the trip as well! You'll be hearing a lot about them I'm sure! We're basically inseparable!)
